xerces-c_2_7.dll

Hi there,

I can start a server, but EVERYTIME I start "Mtaserver.exe" it shows an error:

xerces-c_2_7.dll wasn't found and reinstalling will help.

But I reinstall the server client every time, then it works.. and the next time i start the server it shows the same error. what can i do?
