ERROR CL03, Registry key missing

Hi, I've installed MTA 1.5's lastest version, when opening, it says that loader.dll is missing, I downloaded that file and put it in "mta" folder.

I tried reinstalling MTA, restarting my PC, authorising every setting to full control.

If you have McAfee anti-virus, disable it and reinstall MTA
