Vehicle Weapons

I did a search for this and found some stuff somewhat related, but not completely what I was thinking.

I'm not sure if any of you have ever played the game Vigilante 8, but I think it'd be pretty sweet to have a mod like that.

Basically a Vehicle DM. Start off with a car, bus, or whatnot, drive around with a flame thrower, rockets, or something other than the default smg weapon while in a vehicle. Instead of aiming out the vehicles sides though it may be possible to fire from the front of the vehicle (like a bike).

No idea if this would be relatively possible or not, but yeah, I think it'd be cool. Thx!

you could make it as a mod and then have it mixed with MTA?but im guessing just wait till SDK and some one could probably make it then? but i dont know how modding works, adding weapon effects onto cars? hmm

Anyway u need to wait before MTA:San Andreas DM out is..than there maybe can be Vehicle Weapons u can better post this topic in The Ideas Section

Ha, i remember Vigilante 8 for the old playstation. Adding weapons into the vehicles i think would be changing the whole style of San Andreas, though i cant complain because perhaps it would be a bit of fun for a while even though i`d rather keep the heavy weapons in my characters hands then driving around with them.

I remember an old game, interstate 82 or 86 i think, that featured vehicles with weapons, it was fun over LAN but never really took off. Carmageddon 2 was much more fun with the more 'zany' weapons liek the spring that flung the nearest racer away and into the wall, over the cliff or whatever
