Chatting causes me to time out ingame

The game worked fine for my until I was forced to re-format my pc. And now it seems that after the reformat this problem has emerged.

I can type normally when I am inclient and spawn selecting, but when I have a skin loaded on the server it causes me to time out (for all servers). Sometimes it will work for a little bit after I change something with my internet connection (such as repairing) but it only helps for about typing 5 times and then it does it agian. I have read in the forums that this may due to packet loss. Is there anyway I can prevent this? If you help me fix this I will be so happy

ehh I have and it still does the same. I have a 3 meg connection and I have played on this server alot. This is just a random problem that has emerged since I reformatted. So I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with my ping.

Yes ofc. And my system meets all specs as I have played MTA BEFORE with no problems until I reformatted. I also have re-installed MTA and VC about a grand total of 10 times.

Event 1: Chatting inclient normally.

Event 2: Normally occuring spike.

Event 3: Typed ingame.

Event 4: Timed out.

Why does typing ingame cause me to time out? Why does typing inclient not cause me to time out?
