Guest Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 1) What is your graphics card? 2) What are your current GTA:SA Video settings (Screensize and Color depth) 3) Do you lag in the main game? 4) What ip are you connecting to for your lan server, is it either a '192.168' one, or your internet ip. Guest Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 My games too lag when 4 ppl in the game or more Here my specs Intel Celeron 2.4GHz Nvidia GFX5200 MSI 1Go DDR400 RAM 400Go HD ... IN SA GFX SET all option are set to no , low or 0 and screen resolution is 640x480x16 In solo i don't lag but in MTA i lag too mutch what i need to do? oh and i'm connection in the 0 to 55 Ping Zone Link to comment
Jani Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 If you're talking about framerate lag, it's probably because you're running an Intel Celeron; these processors aren't designed for gaming and therefore will not give the performace that you want out of it. Latency lag (players jerking backwards and forwards on the screen) is caused by high latency and packetloss between you and the server. This can be resolved by having a faster network connection, and also playing on a server which is located closer to you. Link to comment
