help to start the server?

Ive managed to change the name of the server and all that stuff and when I start the MTA Server.exe it comes up sayin everything is fine but neither my friend or I can see it on the server menu, is their a command to start it or something? ive unblocked the in passage and out passage with the firewall and havnt bothered to unlock the all seeing eye yet since me nor my friend use it sugestions???

The in-game server browser uses ASE, so you will need to unblock it. You will also need to configure your router (if you have one) to send requests on those ports directly to the host machine.

have just tried to turn ASE on and I relized it was on
