Hi im new to the hole online GTA but I have dl the client and installed it, but when I go to load up the game to play online it says that it is missing the MSVCR71.dll but its there in the folder but it says it missing plz help.

This is possible to fix by downloading: http://misc.opencoding.net/mta/msvcr71.zip and copying the dll into your system folder, usually c:\windows\system32 or (if that doesn't exist) c:\windows\system.
