Can i use console for admin commands?

I have created server and have gone on it to play. And here through my console how to become the administrator? And how use admin commands? I writting adminpass andmyadminpass but dont work. =\

rcon_login 

In game chat:

/rcon_login 

And you can find out all the admin commands in console by typing:

rcon help
