Admin panel does not work on my SQL database

My login panel based on SQL works. My character will spawn, but just as a player. How to access the admin panel?

If Accounts are in SQL, that means you might not enter right admin Username, so it can't give administrator permissions on login, try going to ACL.xml in Server and search for Admin group and see what accounts are in admins group.

In the ACL account is written and login panel too. I dont understand how to check for administrator rights.

Your login doesnt use MTA accounts -> no admin rights.
