Players that aren't cheating are getting kicked regularly for this, might be a hard one to track down as obviously it doesn't send an error report. Needs looking into though. I just got kicked myself, so I know its not for actual cheats.
ZaKick Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 yea, have had this three times in one day... always after i drive through a checkpoint which it doesnt count and then i drive through it again and get kicked.
ChrML Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 This is most likely due to the connection desyncing. This means you can receive stuff from the server but not the other way around. Server will detect you're "pausing" because it gets no packets from you and kick you. Why the connection desyncs is at the moment unknown but might be due to heavy bandwidth usage.
