"Unscanned" Server Error

Hello, I'm new to the whole MTA thing and I've been having a very frustrating error. Everytime I click on "Servers" to refresh/show the servers they all appear as being "Unscanned" with no information about the server and I can't connect.

I've tried configuring my router and everything! The very first time I connected, it showed the information for about 2 of the servers but all the other times after that, I get the same thing; they are all "Unscanned." I hope it's not my firewall.

Anyway, if it really matters...

Running Vice City version 1.0 and my specs are as follows:

Windows XP SP2

Intel Pentium III 900MHz (Sad, I know...)

ATI Radeon 9550

512 MB RAM

(I'm certain my computer specs have nothing to do with it because I'm able to play single player with no problems and the game runs smoothly.)

Also, I live in California, USA...if that matters as well...

I've wasted too much time trying to get this to work, so pleeeeeeeeeease (!!) help.

EDIT* Oh yeah, I've also applied the patch, so don't tell me that's the problem.

Select a map from the dropdown and it will scan them.

Oh and by the way, the patch is for servers, not a players client.
