[HELP] login problem

everytime i try to login it says 
We have encountered a database issue. Please contact an administrator.

this is what log says:

[18-12-17 18:15:02] ERROR: 2Tlogging/logging.slua:57: attempt to index upvalue 'db' (a boolean value)

[18-12-17 18:15:25] INFO: Player Devil could not log in - data is nil
