In MTA:GTA3, there is a hacker called Ghost_HACK. HACK is a clan that is full of hackers and modders. I have captured videos of Ghost, as well as screenshots. I got these in:

Without his ip, you cant do anything. People like that change their name everyday, so you'll have to ip-ban him. ( The admins on the server I mean )

Unless he has a dynamic ip, thats the only way to get rid of such noobs.
