MAP bug

Hi! There are some areas where my map turns invisible. First, I though was due to the fact that I removed a whole building. But then it happens in other areas where nothing has been removed.

Are there any possible solutions for this problem?

For example, in this pic there are supposed to be objects mapped on the rail.
