Can I shoot during a normal jump or exrta jump?
Such as "Fortnite"

I Tried To Do It , But No I don't think you can

I'm pretty sure there's a way to achieve this, but for that i think you should make a whole your own custom system for weapons/shooting unless you can make it with custom animations that recently was added.

You can shoot while flying with jetpack but jumping i don't think so

I just told you 2 ways that you can achieve this with. Custom animations (not 100% sure but can be possible i think) or making your own weapon and/or shooting system.
