YAY..... Then No :( MTA problem

Well mta hasn't worked for ages, i finnaly got it to work, i had 1.0 not 1.1, this is for vc, hanven't checked on gta3, as that usually works, on vc when i try to start i get something saying 0x6E696E6E with ok under it, i press ok and it goes back to the server, what am i doing wrong?

EDIT- Found the problem, it was the server, ill find out which it was l8r, YAY FINNALY WORKS AFTER 2 YEARS MTA U ROCK!!
