im new to MTA im going to buy to copies of gta vice city and wish to play mta over a network, is this possible without the net?

me and my mate are just looking for a bit of fun for the weekends and after work,

so is it possible for us 2 to play other a network?

you need to get mta:vice city here and then the server patch which you can get from this link:

server patch 1

to set up the server you can use the config tool included in the mta:vc installation.

and no, there are no pedestrians.

Cars do spawn around the map though, so the vehicle access is on.
