MTA SA never starts

When i start the mta.exe and logo appears,and when it passes proccess Multi Theft Auto.exe disappears!HELP!

I don't understand why mta province work normal,but a simple mta doesn't work

I create new user,change user,and MTA start!

But now i always have to change user
