Multi theft auto has enountered a problem and needs to close

i get that message everytime i try and open multi theft auto, ive gotten it work once or twice, but now it isnt working at all.

Ive uninstalled/re-installed it numerous times.

Restarted after every install.

I really want to check this out, too. It sounds very interesting.
