Download Issue

Hello. For about a year now ive had this loading bug in almost all MTA servers. When i simply connect to them, my load usually just stops, and it kicks me from the server afterwards. Something seems to be blocking the load. Also something worth adding is that my internet speed is 100mbit/s both in download and upload. 

This is the message that i get after i get kicked from not downloading.

Another variant of the download issue that sometimes occurs gives me this message in the console. "mta External HTTP file download error [7]"

Lastly I wanted to add that the anti-virus / firewall that I use is Windows Defender. I have previously used Avast Free and the loading error occurred aswell.

Have you tried to remove the resources from your MTA directory?

C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources

remove all the files.

I have reinstalled the game about two times, and i have even reinstalled Windows.
