I can't play

i bought a new monitor yesterday,my fps drops 56 to 50 etc and my screen is looking so laggy.i was using 1920x1080 on my old monitor and i was even recording my gameplay without lag.now in every single resoultion(even 800x600) my fps drops 56 to 52-50. does anyone knows the solution?

and this bug or :~ whatever it is,happening only in mta.other games are running clean

Are you saying that your FPS sticks to 50? I wouldn't call that laggy :D. But anyway, it's possible that your monitor has a 50hz or 100hz refresh rate and you've got V-sync enabled. Check your graphics settings and see if it is enabled, if so, disable it.
