orappa Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 You can't. MTA doesn't support mods at this time, and that includes skins too. The new core, Blue, will support mods specifically created for it though.

Slothman Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 the only skins that could possible be used in mta is in GTA3 portland and staunton island servers. select your custom skin in single player, then the same skin will be used by everyone in MTA
