If you really want cool sounds reinstall gta sa to another folder and install that https://www.mediafire.com/file/982ld18uft1l1g2/SA+Sound+Overhaul+Mod+2013+Beta+0.1.rar presentation? : Long but you can skip. Replace ALL sounds from explosives to guns and cars.
