Hmm simply reinstall sa delete old and mta will ask you for localisation. Select new gta

You dont have only sound. I have sound mod and my gta3.img is not modified. If you really want cool sounds reinstall gta sa to another folder and install that https://www.mediafire.com/file/982ld18uft1l1g2/SA+Sound+Overhaul+Mod+2013+Beta+0.1.rar presentation? : Long but you can skip. Replace ALL sounds from explosives to guns and cars.

It's easy! -If steam make this: right click in your game -----> click properties ---> go to local files ----> Verify integrity of game files steam will check your files. If dont help reinstall the game. -If crack/without Key reinstall
