watching some of these tutorials then, start testing stuff from video 1 and it doesn't works even though you do exactly as told, might be a big deception..

I also noted something on the second video, you start the server with only 'players' resource linked on the mtaconfig file, but it shows 3 resources loaded...again..you add vehicles and db, and yet, 3 resources loads '-'

When the server starts, loaded doesn't mean running. It loads all resources in the mods/deathmatch/resources directory by plucking out the meta.xml file, but the configuration file determines what gets started.
