-chronic- Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 well u could search the forum for a solution, as there are about 2000 topics on this problem, uninstall stuff, and reinstall stuff while rebooting inbetween, you'll get it eventually. if thats not it, try changing the client VC version from 1.0 to 1.1 or vice versa..

I can't find something that help's me.. or my english is too bad Soooo... The Game Starts but it crashes now.. and in the tread only says "fixed in next client" or so
Gamefreek Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 You get a crash at the address 652f30 when starting the gameThis is caused by having the incorrect GXT file. To fix this, copy all the gxt files from the Grand Theft Auto Vice City\TEXT folder except the "american.gxt" into the Grand Theft Auto Vice City\MTA folder. You should also ensure you game language is set to english. Thats if you still have the same error..
