WTF ERROR dahsdjksaj alguem sabe outra sql que vá me da o mesmo resultado ou como acerta isso?

Isso aí é MySQL.
Prefira usar SQLite.

Aparentemente sua query está errada, tente:  SELECT * FROM teamSystem ORDER BY cash DESC LIMIT 3
