I think there should be a forum on this forum where you can advertise servers. So people know more information before joining the server.

Well, people can get information on servers from the MOTD shown in the client and find out about their existance from the server browser..

What whitey said. 0.5 has its own server browser in the client, and when you enter the server, the MOTD info shows up for that server. I think advertising is against the forum rules too.

If such a section was introduced, it would be spammed to high heaven. The way to tell if a server is good is if it is popular. People won't play on a server that they don't like.
