pcre3.dll problem

Help solve the problem. Reinstalled GTA and MTA several times, the error all just jumps out. At launch, the MTA jumps out this

when trying to log on to the server, CC31 error is installed. No module installed (deathmatch)

the person had the same problem, but he was not helped

pcre3.dll is being blocked by something unknown.

Your Avast version is old. Update Avast and do a full scan.

but he doesnt even have pcre3 to be blocked that problem just happend to me now

he just need the file...

Reinstall MTA from https://www.multitheftauto.com/

If that doesn't help, download https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/utils/servicing.bat
and then right click on servicing.bat and select Run as administrator

And if that doesn't help  download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.
Press 'n' when asked.

already did , the file got a virus in it .. my antivirus un-istall it when i download mta...

It looks like Qihoo-360 is (incorrectly) identifying a virus

Try adding an exception for MTA
