Questions about autonomous work

1. How do I disable the MTA update? Not just hinders, but the client spoils. Especially gets to the editor.

2. How to install the client, if there is no internet? At least an editor.

3. How to work in the editor without the Internet? When the server is created, it can not connect to it. You can not allow access to the network, because see item 1.

Assuming 64 bit Windows:

a) Add a .bat file in C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5 the with the following content:

REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas All\1.5" /v OnRestartCommand /f
start "" "Multi Theft Auto.exe"

b) Always launch MTA using .bat file

No .the bat-file didn't help. When I try to enable the editor like creating new server, but then appears the message: Connection to local server timed out.

I have WinXP, for such a system we need another one .bat file?
