Hello MTA Anti-Cheat Team,
I have received a global ban with the reason "SERIAL CHANGE / SPOOFER X5" (Error code: CD47). However, I have never downloaded, installed, or used any hardware spoofer or cheating software on my computer.
After running the official MTADiag tool, I noticed that this ban is highly likely a false positive caused by my operating system. I am currently running Windows 11 Home Insider Preview (Build 26200 / 26100.ge_release). It seems that the latest experimental kernel updates from Microsoft triggered a false detection in Netcore anti-cheat, misidentifying my Windows Insider components as a hardware spoofer.
Here is my official MTADiag log link proving that my background processes and drivers are completely clean:

Please review my hardware logs and remove this false restriction. Thank you for your time and help.
