Hello MTA Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent issue I am facing with Multi Theft Auto (MTA:SA). I am unable to join any server because I keep getting download errors during the resource download phase. This happens on every server I try to connect to, not just a specific one.
Here are the exact errors I receive:
Error downloading requested files. Server returned nothing (no headers, no data). [Empty reply from server] [sha billboard/images/sw_dicksounds.dds]
Error [CD20] Error downloading requested files. Failure when receiving data from the peer. [Recv failure: Connection was reset] [[RXM] Profile/Files/Wraps/WrapEffect.png]

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps based on community advice:
Completely deleted the mods/deathmatch/resources folder to clear the cache and force a fresh download.
Tested with a VPN enabled, disabled, and even using a mobile hotspot.
Temporarily disabled Windows Defender and my Antivirus/Firewall.
Ran both Multi Theft Auto.exe and gta_sa.exe as Administrator.
Reinstalled MTA:SA completely from scratch (including deleting the installation folder).
i have multiple VPNs and DNS proxies active (VeePN, X-VPN, PlanetVPN, ShecanDNS) and Windows Defender is blocking MTA (AV health: poor). I already excluded MTA from Defender and disabled all VPNs, but the issue persists
Since the issue persists across all servers, I suspect there is a deeper issue with my network configuration, ISP restrictions, or the MTA client itself.
Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to provide log files if needed.
