Metadon

I was playing the game “Next RP” and after some time, when I logged in, I got the error "AC #4 SERIAL CHANGE /SPOOFER X5" My serial number is "5A3E5FBA1AA43F6B2381E316C5088692" What should I do? Why was I banned? When will the ban be lifted? I ask you to lift or reduce the ban, as I don’t know exactly what I was banned for, and I promise not to break the rules again.
