I have encountered an issue that I believe is a false detection, and I would really appreciate your help.
I haven't played Multi Theft Auto for about 6 months. Today I decided to come back, but whenever I try to join any server, I immediately receive this error:
Disconnected: You have been denied access.
Reason: SERIAL CHANGE / SPOOFER X5
I have never used and I do not use any third-party software such as cheats, spoofers, trainers, or any other programs that could modify the game. My account has always been clean.
I'm using Windows 11, and I have not reinstalled Windows or changed any hardware components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, SSD, etc.). This is the first time I have ever experienced this issue.
I have already tried completely reinstalling MTA, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
Since nothing on my PC has changed and I haven't played the game for around 6 months, I believe this is a false positive.
Could someone from the MTA team please investigate this issue and help me resolve it? If you need any additional information, logs, or diagnostic files, I will gladly provide them.
