Open Positions Project Manager Responsibilities: Coordinating the entire development process of the project, from the planning phase through launch and ongoing operations. Organizing and supervising the work of development teams, including scripters, web developers, designers, 3D artists, and other specialists. Defining development schedules, milestones, and priorities, and monitoring their progress. Conducting regular status meetings and documenting project progress. Managing the project's budget, resources, and deadlines. Supervising quality assurance processes, coordinating testing, and prioritizing bug fixes. Maintaining communication with owners, management, developers, and external partners. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience in IT, gaming, or software development environments. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms. Ability to effectively manage deadlines and priorities, with strong problem-solving skills. Basic technical understanding of server development, databases, and web-based systems. 3D Artist / Modeler Responsibilities: Creating and optimizing vehicle models. Designing objects, buildings, props, and other 3D assets. Creating and optimizing textures. Requirements: Experience in 3D modeling. Portfolio or examples of previous work. LUA Developer Responsibilities: Developing server-side and client-side systems. Creating unique gameplay mechanics and features. Bug fixing, optimization, and system maintenance. Requirements: Strong knowledge of LUA programming. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. General Developer Responsibilities: Developing administration panels, APIs, and integrations. Designing and implementing new features. Requirements: Strong knowledge of at least one programming language. Experience with database management. Ability to work effectively within a team. System Administrator Responsibilities: Managing VPS and dedicated server infrastructure. Maintaining MySQL/MariaDB databases, backup systems, and security solutions. Designing and maintaining backup and server security systems. Monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Requirements: Basic networking and security knowledge. Experience with MySQL/MariaDB systems. Strong Linux server administration skills. UI/UX Designer Responsibilities: Designing custom user interfaces. Creating HUDs, inventory systems, phone interfaces, and administration panels. Contributing to the overall visual development of the project. Requirements: Portfolio showcasing previous work.
