It's clear that the files, the client and the SCM mission script, are modified. Either the client was altered to load a different scm -or- the scm was altered. Both options are forbidden, as the EULA states, so this can be considered as cheating. Also, we have added a cheat/file altering protection in 0.2.2.. and now for kfcs new slogan kfg - kungfu's family of crime - breaking the eula since 0.2

I seriously doubt there are any active 0.2.2 servers up. And in case you didn;t understand, the MTA team put protection against the minigun in 0.3+. So no, they aren't using the minigun in other servers. Good try, though. oh and you know this how? sounds like theres a good reason ur using 0.2

that's why we punish people that change the stubby to 41 harder than the people that change it to 40.00001 exactly its the matter of what cheating is, i never said anything about severity of it... but yes the bubblegum was still stealing, just not as bad as the car just like kfc is still cheating

cheating = breaking the eula in a manner that affects the game. cheating doesnt have to be severe, it can be as simple as changing the stubby value from 40 to 40.0001. its still cheating no matter how you look at it

ah yes, and i think a rewrite of your rules is in order this is what no cheating means, i think sloth said it well NO CRACKED CLIENT/MODDED FILES. that includes any version of mta, private server or not. Do not download a cracked client ever and do not mod mta ever. when blue comes out I would encourage you to mod the hell out of MTA, but untill then keep the mods in single player where they belong.

Since you are too stupid to read my post correctly, I'll sum it up for you: - It's not cheating if a server admin allows it - That is a separate issue to the eula since your to stupid to read the eula il sum it up for you AGAIN modding the client = DONT DO, NADA, NO, ZILCH, NO EXCEPTIONAES, COMPRENDE HOMAY?

bzz wrong you should read the eula sometime, they dont have any statements in there regarding "in a year you guys can mod the hell outa this and we wont care" or "feel free to mod on your own servers" what it does say is "do not alter the client, PERIOD" i sumd it up for those of you to stupid to understand some of the big words in the eula
