Game Pixels up when entering a server or map editor

it doesn't happen on SAMP or singleplayer and I just used it minutes ago and it worked fine, but most of the time it pixels up -
The game pixels up when I try to use the map editor or play a server, here's a screen shot, plz tell me why this happens: Help with this will be appreciated. Also, this game worked perfectly when I first downloaded it.
