There's a double chat whenever i say something in my chat, and no i haven't add any other resource which is causing this problem

i tried using intel drivers and support assistant drivers, it doesnt work show's me Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan.Fr and i dont know any other method

My voice chat isnt working on windows 7 but i can listen others, why this is happening

I have a Mta server basically a RP one, and it lags for low end pc players what are some ways i can reduce lags for them i tried to find some anti lags sys tho but found none.
