This server is heavily inspired by Manhunt. The setting takes place in a city located in the vicinity of Liberty City called Carcer. Being a typical rust belt city, Carcer is mostly composed of dilapidated buildings and derelict businesses. The city is ridden by corruption and, characterized by an extremely high crime rate and high police officer line-of-duty fatalities. The extreme corruption among the city's civil authorities, combined with high unemployment and swelling welfare rolls, resulted in the crippling of the city's economy. Carcer is now a trepidatious city infested with crime and decay to the point of outpowering the Police. Corruption within the police force is rampant. The low pay rolls pushed most of the police officers to accept bribes and to work in collusion with criminal organizations for financial benefits. Betrayal of police officers by their own fellow colleagues became recurrent and common. Crooked police officers would stage the death of anyone who tries to hinder the work of the local gangs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you wish to play on the server.
