i want to get halo maps into MTA:SA but i dunno how i have the models in 3ds max smoothed and textured so can someone teach or do it for me?

when i open MTA SA DM it crashes and shuts down... i read previous topics and they say ushould do something with coreconfig.xml in your MTA folder but i don't have coreconfig.xml... idon't know why but i don't have it so can someone upload or send it to me please?
