All of a sudden the folder with the vehicle, skins, weapons, etc stopped working. When I check admin panel, it says "failed to load" and I can't restart it. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

I would like to make a shop panel (which you open with a specific button) with skins, vehicles and weapons. All of them will have pictures. I would like to make pages for them since there will be a lot of them. They will cost money so you need to buy them. I would also like to add music for it. Can someone give me a tutorial on how this would be possible? Thanks in advance.
