Bump. Also, my NAT type was strict when I couldn't connect, I set it to open and I still can't connect.

Can't join an MTA server, I keep getting error cc23, this has been happening for about a month. Tried the fixes mentioned in another error cc23 thread (servicing.bat, mtadiag), but it didn't work. I can PM a staff member my pastebin.
