I did all the steps but still the same thing .. the same mistake

só estou com alguns problemas para modificar a skin, apareceu tudo. Somente a skin que não altera, teria como me ajudar?

Quando vou dá start em um mod no painel P, ele mostra uma mensagem que diz: Para ativar este recurso [...] Adicione sua ACL no Admin. Alguém consegue me ajudar a resolver?
