Hi, there is mtadiag results: https://pastebin.mtasa.com/456007670 And some details about my experiense - sometime when I alt-tab from fullscreen and back again, lags disappears, but not everytime. In windowed mode all works great as before.

Mouse lags in fullscreen mode, but works smoothly in windowed mode. Maybe something is wrong with mta client directx settings?
