Hi,why in my mta role play servers and ccd planet servers don't work ??? how i can resolve it ???

in the instalation when im going to open the launcher it appears the gta san andreas screen but instantly it closes and tells me ¨problems with the sandbox enviroment¨ how can i solve it?
