Hey, so ive been making lots of maps, ive all done them with CTF TDMA and now i want CDM, or normal DM. But the normal deathmatch in mtasa is still teams...... so what is the best way to make it no teams? should i make it tdma but just make like 50 teams... or something? thnx

you can do both, i have both mtarace adn mtadm installed. first have 2 clean copies of gtasa installed. (u can just copy the folder). i then installed mtarace to 1 of the folders.... and made a mta race folder. then i installed mtadm to the other folder and made a folder for mtadm. but you will need a small program to switch between race and dm with a click of a button ;o http://www.teamskc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=188 read more there, works good for me.

The problem is, there are more people playing race than mtadm.... so we need those race people to come to MTADM, BUT, the race aspect of mtadm isnt very good, aka, all the bugs listed before as well as items not being movable, and barrells not exploding. so in order to get 100+ more people instantly to swap to mtadm, is to fix race.... ALSO. to talidan and the others that played my maps, im looking at getting my friend to script it, if not ill send them to you guys if you want, i think they'll be good. however the problem is when i convert them from race to DM i lose alot of the objects, they dont load, its like the object limit is 100 or something. and its really bad, ruins EVERYTHING...so, maybe have a look into that :\. but yeah basically, fix race, get better maps (modes are fine) (most seem half assed and not very good....) . need to convert them sa-mpers

WTF, why is it soo hard to recompile the dll so that the anticheat isnt in it so that vista can work, you say u dont want to release the latest one cos its got things you dont want us to see. like what?> did you make naughty dildo cars that you would blush about? X_X. i seriosuyl suggest doing it, average mta race players = 50+ average mta dm players = 15 its obvious. :\

nah i dont think thats it, its a CLEAN install with no mod sobviously lol. and its the first time its ever happened, if it was player files it wouldve been like tht everytime i play, and it only happened ONCE and halfway thru my game, .. so i think maybe it was a stats bug

in one of the servers today, i joined and everything was fine....then suddenly i died and spawned as a spider person! he was lying on ground and.... some others were spider people on my screen, while others not. (this was only happening to me too) LOL so yeah, Also, one sometimes when i mugged i fall out of teh car and cant move...and my body spins around on the ground ;o Thought id add this in. alot of people = people getting IN THE FREAKING WAY! ;< also a cool glitch sortof. when the waves are huge, go in a squalo hole 'forward + direction' and eventually ull rise to the top of the water and shoot up high in the air.... i once barrell rolled over a huge bridge haha. went as high as some planes.. this is when u are underwater and u 'roll' over alot. and it like builds up and eventually u shoot up. i like this glitch though! ALSO, near the hospital in SF theres a patch of grass that constantly flickered green then red then green again, in 1 sec intervals....like traffic lights. lastly, some more mta race bugs. theres a few in this pic.

I AGREE WITH IT ALL 100% goodjob, ALL of it! Esp about the black screen and the blue and the framethingy, (should be about 30-35 instead) i really hope they spend more time fixing this than the time they spent making the race mode which was only a few days before release ;s! thanks guys ~

people tht also come in late dont see leader board properly, liek if they come in late they see themselves as first, and the people tht were already in there arent counted....... only people tht joined afterwards...if u get me, its very bugged.

hey just wondering. is there admin commands that you can use...ive seen none. like in race, i cant see a /startrace command, or a /startmode. etc. are there any universal admin commands that i can use?

1 -i like new pickups and sounds, its only been white once for me 2 - i love the new meter 3 - i dont liek drifting so it dont mind 4 - i dont like the black screen either, it should be a game screen with please wait on it. 5 - i liek the new vote system, but it does get stuck behind stuff i think. but i dont mind it too much 6 - havent noticed the lettertype... 7 - i liek the frames being high now... = faster, but some people have an advantage now tho so maybe set it at 40 imo. 1 thing i want changed is the cp and position part. when you see ' 3/10 6/10 ' you dont know which is which, i think there should be a car icon and a checkpoint icon next to them. ok after playing it some more i have found some bugs and have some awesome suggestions. 1) In spectate mode sometimes the people you are watching are sliding sideways, its not desynch i think, but they are liek floating sideways over the place 2)in spectator mode the < and > arrows have a line on the side of them, looks bad lol 3) dead cars float into teh air, i really dont like that. some maps are based on people exploding and falling down onto others 4)the laoding at start takes ages to load, so sometimes people get a huge headstart compared to the others, people should wait 10-15 secs for it to load. 5)pickups go white sometimes 6)things in map take too long to load, like objects made in map editor etc. it freezes and skips trying to load everythign as you come to it... 7)the race finish times overlap after 5, the font should be hal;f its size. same with the 'hurry up' icon, should be half size, same with the health bar too. 8 )is the nos infinite too? hmm 9) sometimes i spawn upside down ;o and on fire 10) sometiems im on fire and my health bar isnt empty, theres still green left... its confusing. 11) when on fire, health doesnt lower... 12) change the black screen when votemap is on, just keep it as teh stopped car, so moer stuff doesnt need to be loaded, slowing down the race... maybe thats why it takes ages for stuff to load at start too. SUGGESTIONS 1) have driveby be an enabled option for some maps. 2) needs player died text, i would like to nkow who i killed in derbies etc 3) weapon pickups that can be added onto cars, it can turn into like a mario kart with rocket launchers, mini gun, mines, molotov launchers, spikes, springs etc. all pickups and can be done in editor. 4)press a button to show map list 5) a team map, where you can be joined with another player, 1 drives, 1 shoots/drivebyes, like ion derbies or races, its a team race. tht would rock! those should be easy to put in i think um thats about it so far thanks guys :D ps i like how its smooth ...omg that sounded sexual.. OMG i played some of my derby maps on teh new mtarace!
