This might not be an high end pc but it is for MTA.
I don't know why i'm having problems with stuttering / fps drops, it doesn't matter if its on low or very high its all the time the same i've tried deleting files in %temp% cleaning my pc with an vaccum cleaner, there's no viruses. If anyone could help me i would appreciate it.
