im tired of servers of where people just are out to kill people...i want to go to a server to make friends and have people do stunts and take screenshots of it and just have fun....so does anyone know a server like this?

now i know this hasn't anything to do with mta but i figure you guys might be able to help me. My cousin installs vice city from the cd with no problem...however when he trys to open the game...the cursor becomes a spinning cd and then nothing happens and it goes back to a cursor...does anyone know how to fix this so he can play mta with me? thanks
