Try this:
Install MTA SA 1.3.x
Install MTA SA 1.4.x in different location.
Run MTA SA 1.3 and open server browser.
Click connect on any server from 1.3.
It'll ask to close 1.3 and start 1.4 to run the server.
That might work.
Yar simple hai, GUI easy bhi hai aur 1 qisam ki scripting-core bhi hai, pehlay GUI phir MySQL/SQLite seekho aur end mein Webpage par MTA-SDK use karna seekho.

MTA Handling won't help with driving a vehicle above the ground, as far as i know, only editing col would help, maybe try some other way of designing or try some other program to make collisions. (?)

And fire that element (weapon in this case) onClientKey event.

And in that event, attach a function which sets the interior locked. Since you didn't provided any code, i don't know how you made the lock system or you even made one or not.
If you are making you own designed objects, i'd prefer same, edit the collisions, otherwise setting bike's position on small intervals of time wouldn't work perfectly fine and can end up in bugs.
Mujhay nahi lagta that it would be a success, kyun k new games k liye aap ko bohat si animations dalni paren gi aur us se HUGE DESYNC bhi sakta hai, which will ruin the game.

My pleasure, and like rain_gloom said, you can also add a check to see whether the hitelement is a player or some other element.
You mean multiple bots are being spawned? That would only happen if you hit marker multiple times, is it happening even when you hit marker only once? In that case, provide rest of the code so that we can detect where else this bug might be, maybe in a loop or something.
