I can't enter some servers, some servers work but some just give me a black screen and i have to reconnect many times to make it work and this problem is from loading the resources. On my server, when i start a resource I DC and get a msg that couldn't download that file etc.. Any help is appreciated.

MTA doesn't work for me on windows 8 for some reason. I have tried my best to get it work but I couldn't. Is there anyone that could help me fix it? If you know a fix for this then please tell me it, Thanks.
